Many carriers continue to experience delays in QLD/NSW due to flooding

Due to extreme weather, many car transport companies are reporting reduced or shortened depot open times for drop-off and collections throughout Northern NSW and Southern QLD. The shortened hours are required to accommodate staffing shortages as some remain isolated from their facilities.

While collection and delivery services are operational, some services will not be available due to access as they negotiate road closures.  Rural services appear to have commenced, however, road closures particularly with North of Gympie are impacting these services.

Companies are actively managing the situation, both operationally and the communication to customers who are impacted by the delay to services.

Recent heavy rainfall and intense weather have caused significant areas of flooding in South East Queensland (Brisbane) and Northern Rivers (Lismore, and Toowoomba) and all collections and deliveries throughout Brisbane and Queensland are affected.

As a consequence, the transit days we are displaying may not be accurate because of the unpredictable nature of the delays.

Quotes obtained from our service providers will reflect current pricing. When preparing to book a vehicle for transport however, we suggest contacting your preferred carrier to best understand the impacts on your timely deliveries.
